About Iguanaland

Iguanaland is a Reptile Zoo, Education and Conservation Center,
founded in February of 2022 by herpetologist and conservationist, Ty Park.

Our primary missions:

1) To educate our youth and the general public about the diversity and importance of reptiles and amphibians to nature and humanity.

2) To provide a place for scientific research and teaching of professionals and students.

3) To raise funds for reptile and amphibian causes such as conservation, education, and research.

Mission Statement

To provide a unique and inclusive atmosphere to interact with reptiles and amphibians, and to aid the future of our endangered species through education, research and conservation.

Iguanaland is proud to be a Business Partner with D-FY, the Drug-Free Youth program from Drug Free Punta Gorda.

We fully support their mission to educate our community’s youth about the realities of substance use and misuse, and D-FY’s focus on rewarding the safe and healthy choices of its members. Members of D-FY receive FREE General Admission to Iguanaland when they present their D-FY ID badge at the box office. Learn more about this important program HERE.
